Today, we’re excited to announce that we’re building Albatross.

For the past few years, we’ve been using Albatross internally at our company. What started as a frustration with existing TMS solutions turned into a tool that has saved us thousands upon thousands of dollars in shipping costs. Our operations team loves it. Our finance team loves the savings. And now, we’re working hard to get it ready to share with the world.

Why We Built Albatross

We were tired of overpaying for shipping. Tired of juggling spreadsheets, carrier portals, and disconnected systems. Tired of the manual work that came with every shipment.

So we built something better.

Albatross started as an internal tool to solve our own problems. We needed a way to compare rates across carriers instantly, book shipments without the back-and-forth, and actually see where our money was going.

The results surprised even us. Within the first year, we cut our shipping costs significantly. Not by shipping less or compromising on service, but by finally having the visibility and tools to make smarter decisions.
